Frequently Asked Support Questions:

  • Question: I have already entered my password and the password screen keeps asking me for it again and will not let me run HLImage++. What should I do?
  • Answer: Search for a file in your system directory named "SS.DRV". Once found, delete this file. They system may give you a warning, this is ok. Delete the "SS.DRV" file and re-run HLImage++.
  •  
  • Question: I am using a Non-English version of Excel, and I am having problems transferring data to Excel using the DDE-to-Excel supported by many tools. What should I do?
  • Answer: Non-English versions of Excel need specific letters to represent 'Row and Columns'. HLI++ (version 10.5.1) supports Non-English versions of Excel. If you are using a Non-English version of Excel, you need to use version 10.5.1 (or later) of HLI++.
